By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• User Content you share with other users is consensually exchanged and does not contain harmful or offensive material.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data.
• Any other activities deemed harmful or inappropriate by Secure Control Tech Ltd

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Secure Control Tech Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may require payment or a subscription.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secure Control Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Secure Control Tech Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of "England and Wales", without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [insert jurisdiction].
